This framework is not a requirement, nor is it presented as the only correct way to practice Gaulish devotion.
It exists as a guiding structure—especially for newcomers, for those feeling overwhelmed, or for those who sense their practice has become scattered or burdensome. At times, stepping back from excess and returning to what is simple and stable can restore clarity.
The purpose of this framework is not performance, accumulation, or spiritual display. Its purpose is piety.
Piety need not look a certain way. It does not require constant ritual, numerous deities, or elaborate offerings. What matters is that devotion arises from the soul, is carried out with sincerity, and is rooted in right relationship—with land, with household, and with conduct.
Those who already walk a deep or established path may find elements here familiar, incomplete, or unnecessary. That is expected. This framework is not meant to replace personal gnosis, local custom, or long-standing relationships with the Dêuoi.
It is offered as a way to re-center, to steady the hands, and to remember that Gaulish piety begins not in excess, but in attention, restraint, and reverence.
Take what is useful. Leave what is not.
Let devotion be lived, not forced.
