At first, there was naught but darkness.

From the dark, a blinding flash burned

and a great flame, Aidus, arose.

Then, there was a thundering roar

and a flowing torrent, Dubron,

rushed forth. The two primal forces

fought against one another as

each one tried to seize dominance.

At last, the Order of Aidus

and the Chaos of Dubron learned

the truth of cosmic order, how

to exist in harmony. And

the flames of Aidus lay down on

the surface of Dubron. From the

union of the two, there arose

the Sacred Cauldron. And as the

cauldron grew in size, becoming

vast and with no boundaries, it

pushed Aidus and Dubron further

apart. And then from out of the

Sacred Cauldron, next arose the

First Three Sources into being.

The first source to arise is called

Nemātis, the life-giving force

of all. The next to arise was

Uariātis, the flowing motion

of change. Finally, the third one

to arise was Tirātis, the

physical manifestation

of all. Then the powerful First

Three Sources joined together in

the Sacred Cauldron. Then a spark

first issued forth from Nemātis,

and then a drop of water

from Uariātis, and a seed from

Tirātis. Then the spark entered

the seed and the drop of water

fell on the seed and surrounded

it. From this, there grew the World

Tree, and the roots reached deep and the

branches rose high. The tree trunk grew

vast, existing throughout all the

cosmos. From the Sacred Cauldron

there rose three forms, dark and hidden

at first. But then they took shape as

they settled at the roots of the

World Tree and began their task. The

first, as young as a sapling, spins

the thread of all which comes into

being; then the second, indeed

as mature as a well-nourished

tree, measures it; then the last one,

as old as a gnarled tree, cuts

it. While they sing, they weave the threads

into the Tapestry of Fate.

And then, a very powerful

and also very large force came

into being. It entered the

roots of the World Tree and rose up

until it reached the topmost branch.

With a great blinding flash, the force

expanded, taking shape as the

Three Worlds grew:  Dumnos, Bitus, and

Albios. But they were empty

and lifeless. Then a portion of

Aidus and also a portion

of Dubron separated from

their sources, thus creating the

energies Samos and Giamos.

Indeed after these energies

began to exert their strengths and

weaknesses upon each other,

only then did the Three Worlds

come into fullness and increase.

Bitus formed mountains, valleys,

plains, rivers, and streams; plants,

trees, and flowers of every kind.

And Albios formed clouds which bring

rain and nourishes the earth. Then

Dumnos formed riches of minerals

and ores. Thus the Three Worlds

came into being, although they

would be made much different

after the First Battle.
